BuyInside assisted Mike Pino and Ad Lugten in the acquisition (75%) of Suneco BV (www.suneco.nl). The shares were transferred from Walbeek Group BV to Amarone Group BV.

Suneco BV focuses on digital transformation of its clients and supports them with building, expanding and maintaining their digital platform. We develop web applications, mobile apps and back office applications and do so together with partners such as Microsoft, Sitecore, Sitefinity and Umbraco.
MANAGEMENT BUY-IN
The management of Suneco had been in the hands of Messrs. A. van de Beek and C. Wallet since 2000 and, as of today, has been transferred in good harmony to management buy-in candidates Mike Pino and Ad Lugten. Both directors have full independent authority. With this transaction Suneco makes a new step forward and the way is opened for a growth impulse by broadening markets and adoption of new technologies.
