Serenco is an international tool and equipment supplier for the industry and the automotive sector in particular. With customers in 46 countries, the business operates all over the world. Serenco represents several high-quality brands, with which it can be found internationally in various workshops and showrooms of car dealers and garages. Serenco employs 12 employees.

MANAGEMENT BUY-IN

Before joining Serenco via BuyInside, Remco himself had extensive international experience as managing director and sales director in the automotive sector, among others. This experience and knowledge of this market immediately ensured that from day one there was a very strong click between seller and potential successor. Serenco was not for sale and was actively approached by BuyInside in consultation with Remco, after which initial discussions were started. As advisers to Remco, Buyinside supervised the further negotiations and financing.

As the new owner, Remco will focus on the further development of the company. Former owner Rob Serruijs will still be available part-time for transfer, product development and as a sounding board.
