Management buy-in RSG Finance

Patrick van der Tuin has become a co-shareholder of RSG Finance (www.rsg.nl).

Patrick is a serial entrepreneur and has already founded and sold several businesses. He also invests in several businesses in IT and Staffing services. He was looking for a new MBI opportunity through BuyInside. An opportunity to not only invest in a business, but actually get back to work as CEO.

After a period as interim operational and financial director in RSG Finance, he became co-shareholder of RSG (Resource Support Group) Finance last June. Because Patrick already operated for a longer period in the position of co-director alongside Ivo van Lierop, in the end there is actually an MBO instead of an MBI!

As Executive Managing Director, Patrick will focus explicitly on M&A activities in addition to finance, operations and HRM in order to further realize the growth ambitions of the business.
