Nicole Cremers has realized the full takeover of physio practice FysioExpert/Verton in Haarlem.

FysioExpert is a leading physiotherapy expertise and treatment center in the field of (sports) rehabilitation. In the modern expertise and treatment centers, at 6 locations in Haarlem high quality care is provided by 29 employees. FysioExpert offers modern care to individual patients as well as specialized services to businesses and sports clubs.

MANAGEMENT BUY-IN

Nicole was already working for some time within the business as a physiotherapist and had already expressed her ambition to succeed Leo Verton, the former owner. Together with Nicole, BuyInside made these ambitions concrete and guided her in the acquisition and financing of 100% of the shares. In the coming period Nicole will focus on strengthening the multidisciplinary character of the practice and connecting the different lines of care through partnerships.
