Bergen-based Loof training and consultancy has changed hands through a management buy-in. In selling Loof training and advice, the seller has explicitly chosen a new director-shareholder who wants to expand the existing position while maintaining the current identity.

BuyInside guided the new owner, Mark Zwijnenburg, in this MBI process. He previously served as director of AOG School of Management and Comenius, among others. Loof is a medium-sized training company and specializes in team training, co-determination and retirement in sight. Mark wanted to go into business through a business acquisition and engaged BuyInside to guide this entire process.

The company works with a permanent trainer group of 20 trainers, some of whom are associated with our firm as associates. Loof works for a wide range of clients in all kinds of sectors. From well-known multinationals to small production companies. From the healthcare sector to ICT.
