Management buy-in Hoogenboom Valves

Hoogenboom Valves from Kapelle, Zeeland, has been acquired by entrepreneur Gert Quint. Through a management buy-in, Gert has become full owner of Hoogenboom.

HOOGENBOOM VALVES

Hoogenboom is a Dutch engineering and construction company, which since 1983 has specialized as a niche player in global valve/valve and bypass solutions especially for flue gas cleaning and heat recovery. Clean air, energy savings, heat recovery and the increasing climate requirements, are the basis of its existence and unlimited potential growth.

Gert Quint gained extensive experience in various technically driven businesses in sectors such as Chemistry, Oil & Gas and the Process Industry through various end responsible positions. After this career, Gert decided to take the step to entrepreneurship through the acquisition of a business. His qualities and successful experience as a manager could come in handy in a business that, in addition to succession, also needed further professionalization and growth. Gert found these starting points during the acquaintance with the owner of Hoogenboom, Evert Voskuil.
