Management buy-in Betronic

Jasper de Jonge has become a co-shareholder of fast-growing business-to-business tech company Betronic in Amsterdam via a management buy-in.

Before realizing this management buy-in, Jasper made a career in the international logistics sector, where he held various international management positions. Jasper wanted to go into business through an acquisition and turned to BuyInside to do so. Through a thorough profiling process and targeted search, BuyInside brought Jasper into contact with the owner of Betronic, who was looking for a co-entrepreneur to take the business to the next phase of growth together.

Betronic(betronic.nl) develops and manufactures innovative electronic products/ semi-finished products that differentiate its clients' end products. Betronic targets a niche of manufacturers (e.g. of E-bikes, heating and power systems), who lack the right knowledge and skills to develop and produce such technology themselves. Development is done in Amsterdam, production takes place in Suzhou (CN) and Zwaag. Betronic has 130 employees.
