BBS Industrie specializes in mechanical engineering components. The product range is based on motion and wear processes. Bearings, brake friction parts, insulation, molded parts and cylinders and are supplied for both the overhaul market and OEM. Components are made in both Ferrous and Non-Ferrous and high quality plastic materials. Modern techniques and available facilities enable efficient and high quality production.

MANAGEMENT BUY-IN

BuyInside managed the acquisition of technical trading company BBS Industrie BV in Schiedam. Johan Stolk, who completely took over the business is himself from the technical trading environment and made this step from a salaried position. BuyInside supervised the entire MBI process. The owner of the acquired business had latent sales plans, but had not given them concrete form. The active approach at the request of our client made the latent plans concrete.
