Inezia Tours is a specialist in organizing birding, nature and photography tours. For 15 years, Inezia Tours has been providing trips around the world to all continents as a leading business. With group tours, but also with tailor-made trips and expedition cruises, Inezia Tours is the largest nature travel organization in the Benelux.

MANAGEMENT BUY-IN
New owner Eric van Kuik has taken full ownership of Inezia Tours through a management buy-in. Before Eric decided to look for his own business for acquisition, he had more than 20 years of experience in the travel industry. In 2021, Eric decided to put his plans fully into the service of finding his own business. He wanted to follow his heart and turn his passion for travel, nature and photography into his profession. To do this, Eric turned to BuyInside.

Inezia Tours was not on sale at the time of approach, but the latent plans to part ways were made further concrete through the discussions. As the new owner, Eric will continue the life's work of the previous owner to let Inezia Tours' customers experience the beautiful places our earth has to offer. In addition, some beautiful new destinations will be added to the travel calendar starting in the 2nd half of 2022.
