Acquisition Savant Learning Partners

BuyInside has assisted Edwin Boom with the acquisition of Savant Learning Partners. Edwin thereby adds Savant to his Group Moovs, which consists of several well-known businesses and brands focused on learning and development, change and performance support solutions.

This acquisition created a larger combination of businesses that answers the continuing demand for behavioral and organizational development interventions in a constantly changing landscape. Edwin Boom, founder and managing director of Group Moovs: "We have recently seen a clear trend where learning, advertising and consulting are merging. After more than 20 years at the helm of the company, the owners (Trudy van der Toorn and Pao Lin Oei) decided to transfer the business. Pao Lin Oei, one of Savant's former owners: "We decided to sell the company after almost 20 years at the helm. Both Trudy van der Toorn and I want to focus on other initiatives. We have found in Group Moovs the perfect takeover candidate to whom we transfer with great confidence. After a careful transfer, we will both bid farewell to Savant Learning Partners completely. "

The management of the business will be taken over by Roosje Boom-Van Gelder. In addition to being a management member of Group Moovs, she will become director of Savant Learning Partners. Together with experienced seniors, she will shape the management of the company.

From Uitrecht, Savant provides these services with a team of 20 permanent employees and a flexible shell in various sectors, including healthcare, government institutions and business services.
