Mathijs Smit has become co-owner and commercial director of Make or Buy B.V. (www.makeorbuy.nl)in 's Hertogenbosch via a management BUY-IN (mbi). Make or Buy is an eCommerce business, specializing in e-fulfilment, ICT, internet logistics and packing for online stores and online retailers (B2C and B2B). The business was founded 10 years ago by Peter Bloemen.

MBI PROCESS

Mathijs (46) has years of management, marketing and commercial experience at the end responsible level in business services. He was also a previous entrepreneur. He engaged BuyInside in his search for an MBI opportunity, as he wanted to be an entrepreneur again, but this time in a business in which he could use all his experience. Partly because of his extensive marketing and customer data analysis experience, Buyinside approached Peter Bloemen. Peter proved to be open to the possibility of a gradual takeover. Mathijs will join him in further professionalizing and commercially expanding the business in the coming years. In Make or Buy he has found a great business, in a developing industry, with many great challenges that fit well with his ambitions.
