Amyyon is a specialized IT business that develops software that is offered as a standard solution to customers throughout the Netherlands. Amyyon also provides additional services such as custom development, consultancy, training, maintenance and management. Amyyon consists of three parts Amyyon & more B.V., Amyyon Food B.V. and Amyyon Care B.V. Amyyon provides

standard software in the field of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and, for the healthcare sector, an electronic client file and a food management application.

MANAGEMENT BUY-IN

The new owner Paul Geertsema (54 yr) had built a long career in the IT sector, where he held various management and executive positions. Amyyon was one of the first businesses Paul was offered through BuyInside. This was an exit from a private equity firm. Paul's first focus at Amyyon in the coming period will be on expanding the business in the healthcare sector.
