ICT service provider CAPE Groep has acquired the shares of Carthago ICT as of March 26, 2021. The acquisition fits perfectly within CAPE Groep's strategy, aimed at a strong acceleration in realizing its growth ambitions.

The company is from Enschede nationwide active in IT-strategy, design, realization and management of custom systems based on low code with a strong branche focus on transport and logistics, agrifood and construction. Over 100 employees work daily for established Namur companies such as PostNL, HST Group, BAM, Huuskes and Plegt Vos.
