Amelink Advocaten Advocaten advises shareholders M2mobi in merger with Move4Mobile

Amelink Advocaten has advised the shareholders and management of M2mobi in its merger with Move4Mobile to become Holland's largest mobile agency.

The demand for specialized agencies capable of developing high-quality mobile experiences on advanced digital platforms is increasing for enterprises. With over 130 employees and offices in Amsterdam and Zwolle Move4Mobile and M2mobi are now responding to this together.

The transaction was announced today on M2mobi's website and elsewhere.
