Amelink Advocaten advises shareholders of The Sustainables on the sale of majority stake to Rabobank

Amelink Advocaten has assisted the shareholders of The Sustainables with the sale of a majority stake to Rabobank.

The Sustainables develops smart software platforms (such as advice and quotation tools) for energy companies, financial service providers, installers and central heating manufacturers. Private individuals can also turn to them for energy savings through subsidiary HomeQgo.

Together with The Sustainables, Rabobank wants to further develop both their business tools and HomeQgo, with the aim that Dutch homeowners who are not customers of Rabobank will also benefit from the sustainability platform.
