Amelink Advocaten advises shareholders ISM eCompany on sale to valantic

Amelink Advocaten has advised the shareholders of ISM eCompany on the sale to German valantic.

ISM eCompany is a full-service digital agency and provides services in the areas of strategy, design, technology and online marketing.

Valantic, through its customer experience arm, is active in also agencies with deep knowledge in the areas of Magento, Shopware and Akeneo. Valantic is conducting 2019 acquisition rounds under the banner of investor Deutsche Private Equity (DPE), meanwhile also focusing on foreign growth. Dozens of businesses were already bought in the previous period, but only in the German-speaking market.
