Amelink Advocaten has assisted the management of RailCube in attracting a majority investment by Main Capital Partners.

RailCube, founded in 2011, is a leading ERP software provider for the railroad market. RailCube offers a wide range of solutions for railroad companies within a single application, including modules for managing operations and safety, personnel & HR, finance and business intelligence.

The cooperation with Main is an important step in the development of RailCube, which wants to further strengthen its position as the ERP partner for railroad companies.
