Amelink Advocaten has advised the management and shareholder of Bruut Amsterdam on the merger with Towel Media.

Both businesses are active in the production of branded content. Bruut Amsterdam is known for creating commercials and integrated campaigns, Towel Media for creating large volumes of online and social content. The two businesses are merging to form one powerful production house and will continue under the name Bruut.
