Aeternus assists Xillion ICT Solutions in sale to industry peer Stepco

Stepco is acquiring Xillion ICT Solutions. Xillion ICT Solutions specializes in setting up and managing IT systems and cloud services. With this acquisition Stepco strengthens its position in the Euregion in the field of cybersecurity and IT solutions.

When choosing a takeover partner, it was important to the owners of Xillion, Jean Huveneers and Roel Claessen, that it would be a step forward for both clients, and employees. Thanks to the acquisition by Stepco, the staff will have the opportunity to grow further in a larger organization that has its HR policy in good order.

The acquisition also has added value for Xillion's clients. For example, the certifications and solutions available at Stepco in the field of cybersecurity, which is now in great demand from Xillion's clients. Conversely, Xillion provides additional services that are not yet part of Stepco's service portfolio. They are complementary businesses that strengthen each other and their position within the Euregion.
