Aeternus guides Forque in merger with Vionq to become largest AFAS partner in the Netherlands

Effective June 24, consulting clubs Forque and Vionq are joining forces. The merger of the two businesses, with offices in Enter, Vianen and Eindhoven, makes the combination the largest AFAS implementation partner in the Netherlands.

In their ambitions, both businesses have found each other completely. The synergy of the merger partners lies both in the business focus on AFAS implementations and optimizations, as well as the similarity in corporate culture and strategy.

Both Forque and Vionq will continue to operate under their own names for the time being. Initially, the economies of scale will be used mainly in the background. In the coming months, the business activities will be carefully integrated. This will result in clients and employees soon being able to take full advantage of the resulting synergy.
