Aeternus accompanies sale of Caresharing to ZorgDomein

Description

Caresharing and ZorgDomein will jointly continue under ZorgDomein Holding as of September 1, 2022. The companies want to optimally support multidisciplinary collaboration, in the form of network care, for healthcare professionals and patients. Under one umbrella, ZorgDomein and Caresharing will be able to implement this even better.

Maurice Koopmans and Lieke Janssen acted as advisers to Caresharing. We wish both parties success in further developing the business.
