Advisers and Engineers| Rho Advisers and Plan ROS join forces

As of September 1, Rho Advisers is acquiring agency Plan ROS. Last week Monique Lammens and Koos Seerden of Rho Adviseurs and Sjoerd Peters and Rutger Kerstens of Plan ROS jointly signed the purchase agreement. This makes Plan ROS in its entirety part of Rho Adviseurs.

Aeternus ' specialist branch team 'Consultancy and engineering firms' was asked to supervise the entire sales process. Thanks to its industry knowledge, Aeternus was able to quickly bring suitable interested buyers to the table and bring the process to a successful conclusion. Plan ROS was assisted in this process by Lieke Janssen, Joeri Verlinden and Maartje Korten of Aeternus.
