Vetipak acquires ECM Europe

Vetipak builds on strategy laid out.

Family business Vetipak has been a strong name within the co-packing market for 26 years. By acquiring medical producer ECM Europe, the packaging specialist is taking an important step towards realizing their growth ambitions. The two businesses will continue together under the Vetico umbrella. This is the new holding company, set up from Vetipak, with which they intend to realize the further growth of the family business.
