The acquisition of HEMA Bakeries by BACU

Description

Uden BACU Bakery reached agreement with HEMA on Nov. 24, 2021, to acquire HEMA Bakeries. The Uden family business has grown into a large industrial bakery that makes and supplies bread and pastries to more than seven hundred stores. With the acquisition of HEMA Bakeries, employee numbers will increase from five hundred and fifty to eight hundred.
