Topking Fingerfood has been active in the Snack and Fingerfood market since 1982 and has made a name for itself with products such as Vlammetjes, KaasTengels and VlamTosti's. Signature Foods BV is best known for brands such as Johma salads and Heks'nkaas. Under the flag of Signature Foods BV, Topking Fingerfood will continue to carry its own label.

Adagium assisted founder Bert Roubos and his fellow Topking Fingerfood shareholders in this share transfer. Adagium actively searched for, and with the management of Topking, the right acquisition candidate and linked Topking to Signature Foods. The "right takeover candidate" can be understood to mean that, in addition to the purchase price of the shares, extensive discussions were held on "how to guarantee the continuity of Topking and its products as much as possible", in which freedom of action was important.

Adagium supervised the entire acquisition process. With this transfer, Topking Fingerfood's growth strategy will be further expanded and Topking will face the future with confidence.
