I am looking for an existing training agency or training provider in the Netherlands, focused on professional development for organizations. Think open enrollment, in-company training or blended learning programs, with a clear offering and an established customer base. The business is profitable or demonstrably profitable in the short term, with stable revenue and repeat business. I am open to niches such as leadership and communication, project and process, IT and digital skills, compliance, or industry-specific training (such as psychologists, lawyers, etc). Team size and revenue may be compact to medium. Importantly, a realistic transfer is possible and the current owner is looking for a neat succession.
