Possible potential companies are manufacturing companies operating within a niche, relatively small (5-25fte) located in central Netherlands or within good travel distance. These can be businesses in transition or with solid growth potential. Needs an entrepreneur who sets strategic course but also enjoys helping to set and/or realize this course. Special attention to family businesses without succession, businesses with outdated processes, businesses with a good product but limited commercial strength.
