E-commerce business

I am looking for e-commerce businesses with a proven customer base and clear growth potential. Physical stores may also respond, provided an online sales opportunity is realizable. The region will have to be Eastern Netherlands. Preference is given to a complete acquisition, including supplier history and (exclusive) distribution rights. Businesses operating in a specific niche market have my special interest, especially when long-term relationships with suppliers have been established. The business does not have to be location-specific. Both web shops with a solid market position and businesses ready for the next growth phase are eligible. Dropshipping models without structural supplier relationships are beyond my interest. With the acquisition, I want to leverage existing strengths and achieve new growth by leveraging my experience in marketing, AI integration and e-commerce strategies.
