The candidate is looking for a business with a solid foundation and proven business model, operating in a variety of sectors - from food, FMCG and retail to business services, franchise concepts or other consumer-oriented B2B and B2C environments.

A company with revenue between EUR 2 mln and EUR 30 mln, where there is room for professionalization and growth - think of strengthening commercial strength, optimizing processes or accelerating an (international) expansion.

Preferably not a turnaround, but a healthy business with ambition and a motivated team ready for the next step. Preferably a company where the current owner is involved, in need of commercial expertise and willing to step up together (as a possible future successor also fine).
