The organization is an all-round beauty concept in Amsterdam that caters to both men and women from the age of 14. The core activities are waxing and laser hair removal, which are complemented by manicures, pedicures, massages, facials, pressotherapy, body scrubs and sales of beauty products. This combination provides a complete beauty experience.

Location and housing
The location has four treatment rooms, spread over two floors, with a modest rent and good accessibility by public transport, bicycle or car (with parking facilities). The lease is through a 5+5 contract, with three years expiring in October 2025. Energy consumption is low and operational costs are limited. The organization works with independent professionals (ZZP'ers), so there are no fixed salary costs.

Organization
Daily management is easy thanks to an integrated system for payments and appointments. This makes the business manageable with little time investment. Both owners are currently active in the business, together with three experienced and hardworking self-employed people.
