Company is actively seeking businesses that own consumer brands with a focus on expanding their e-commerce and D2C business. We are interested in acquiring majority shares up to 100%. Our target group consists of businesses with current revenues between €2 million and €15 million, which are cash flow positive and preferably located in the Netherlands, Belgium or neighboring countries.
