On behalf of our client we are looking for Dutch companies active in, or offering products and/or services to, the food & agri sector. The company must be mature and headquartered in the Netherlands (international branches possible). We are looking for companies with a minimum profitability (EBITDA) of EUR 1,000,000.

The company must have a sustainable character. Ideally, the company's activities are knowledge intensive with a focus on R&D and/or innovation. The following search areas are of specific interest: waste sustainability, soil improvement, sensing/monitoring, robotics, defining, propagation, tissue culture, vertical agriculture, alternative proteins, consulting/consulting and companies that contribute to making agricultural businesses more sustainable or a green living environment.
