Media group seeks capital

This group consists of two complementary operating companies that together represent more than 30 years of sector experience. The core activities are dual and reinforce each other within an integrated media chain.

On the one hand, the group focuses on the high-quality digitization of analog image and sound carriers, from consumer media to professional film archives on 8mm and 16mm. On the other hand, it acts as a full-service post-production house for feature films, series and commercials.

The group was formed through strategic acquisitions and both companies are coming out of a loss-making situation. In 2024 and 2025, the DGA undertook a major restructuring to optimize the cost structure. This substantially reduced overhead within the organization and, after a challenging transition period, restored profitability in 2025, resulting in positive EBITDA at group and operating company level.
