Body-centered youth care organization

The organization offers body-oriented coaching and counseling to clients with mental obstacles such as trauma, tension symptoms or emotional dysregulation. This combines psychomotor therapy, movement pedagogy and boxing coaching with breathing techniques. The focus is on increasing emotional resilience, self-regulation and physical resilience. The pathways are offered in small settings with committed facilitators and customization.

Youth care and individual counseling
In addition, the organization focuses on the youth care market in Central Limburg. Young people and families receive care through municipal contracts (Care in Kind) and personal budgets (PGB). Guidance programs consist of individual counseling, behavioral regulation and resilience training. Recently, the commercial care market has also been served with programs for adults, aimed at mental, emotional and physical strengthening.

Therapy for psychosomatic complaints
The organization applies techniques such as kinesiology ("Touch For Health") and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) to psychosomatic complaints, and employs sports interventions such as boxing and breathwork to help clients move forward through physical methods. This aligns with methodologies from American trauma therapy, such as somatic experiencing and breathwork, among others.
