Description

The company is a well-established, full-service staffing agency operating in the southwestern Netherlands. The company serves regional SMEs across all sectors—industry & engineering, agriculture, hospitality/tourism, and logistics—with temporary staffing as its core business, supplemented by secondment and recruitment & selection. Revenue grew from approximately €4.6 million (FY2023) to €5.4 million (FY2025), representing a CAGR of approximately 8% despite a lower volume of hours worked.

Distinctive housing concept: work and live
One element that is difficult to replicate is the company’s unique housing concept: temporary workers—particularly international workers already living in the region—live close to their workplace. The company has 62 beds of its own, supplemented by approximately 126 beds in rented properties. This “work and live” concept strengthens the company’s position in the labor market in a region with a chronic labor shortage and creates a direct barrier to entry for competitors.

Proven pricing power and growing margin mix
Revenue growth is entirely driven by rates and margins, not by volume. The average hourly rate rose by 28% over two years. The adjusted EBITDA margin (housing-neutral) rose from approximately 16% to approximately 21% in the peak year of 2025, corresponding to an adjusted EBITDA of €1.13 million. The recurring, normalized EBITDA level is around €0.7 million; 2025 is deliberately not used as a benchmark for the future.

Clean, housing-neutral staffing EBITDA
As of April 1, 2025, the tax-related intercompany property rent is no longer considered part of the temporary staffing business. The temporary staffing business is therefore assessed on a standalone basis, with a recurring adjusted EBITDA of approximately €0.7 million. This provides a clear and transparent financial starting point for a new owner.
