Health data platform (Netherlands)

Business is developing a European interoperable transaction platform for patient-generated health data. The platform automatically and securely links home monitoring devices (such as blood pressure, glucose, weight, sleep and breathing) to healthcare systems, without additional workload for healthcare providers. The solution acts as a neutral data infrastructure layer - similar to what Adyen and iDEAL do for payment transactions - and addresses a fundamental bottleneck: data from home measurements is currently barely utilized in healthcare processes.

The platform is fully compliant with the EU Data Act and the European Health Data Space (EHDS), works with existing devices without hardware lock-in and is designed from the ground up for European scale and sovereignty.

Business activities
The business operates in the European market for digital health, remote patient monitoring and health data exchange. The primary target group consists of chronic patients - such as people with hypertension, diabetes, COPD and cardiovascular diseases - who are taking health measurements at home. In addition, the business targets healthcare organizations, software providers of HIS, EHR and ECD systems and telemonitoring platforms, as well as research and AI parties that need secure, interoperable access to patient-generated health data. The initial focus is on the Netherlands, followed by expansion to Spain, Belgium and Germany.
