Both companies focus on supplying and installing all types of hard and soft floor coverings except wood and stone floors. In addition to supplying and installing floor coverings, both companies also focus on supplying and installing window coverings such as outdoor blinds.

The main features of both organizations are:

• Active in both B2B and B2C markets;
• Located in the south-west of the Netherlands;
• Project upholstery: 3 permanent employees + 1 ZZP'er, Interior store 1 employee and the DGA working for both companies;
• Premises of the project upholsterer concerns own premises (preference of DGA is that it is rented for a certain time);
• Premises of interior store is a rental property, taking over the lease.
