Thirty years ago, the owner started as a full service market research firm. After writing a book on research, people increasingly asked for guidance. At first, the owner primarily helped businesses that wanted to set up research, but soon students and doctoral students were added. For years, the business helped students to their complete satisfaction, especially in setting up research and data analysis. The owner is now retired.

Domains
The business consists of four websites:

• Information about our help (both in person and through ZOOM);
• Research, statistics and SPSS courses (includes an unactivated community);
• A site for making payments;
• English language version.

Customer groups
Most customers are currently students working on their thesis. They request help with data analysis.
