DVAN Advocaten guides successful takeover of Vesticoat Powder Coating

Effective January 1, 2026, the shareholders of Vesticoat Poedercoating of Barneveld transferred their shares to Anton de Jong and Job Meijer.

DVAN Advocaten was pleased to assist the sellers in this transaction. Tom van Dijk, Nathalie van Hellenberg Hubar and Claire van Beuningen were involved from DVAN Advocaten in bringing about this successful acquisition.

Vesticoat Poedercoating is a specialized coatery in Barneveld, active in the powder coating of steel, aluminum and stainless steel for the business market. From their modern production site in Barneveld , Vesticoat supports clients with high-quality surface treatment, including cleaning, (chemical) pre-treatment, blasting, schooperen and powder coating.

Vesticoat will continue to operate under the same name. The daily operations, services and ongoing agreements will remain unchanged. Gerwin Verdoes will remain involved with Vesticoat and will continue to carry out his management tasks. In this way expertise, knowledge and client orientation will remain firmly anchored within the organization.

This takeover safeguards Vesticoat's continuity and allows it to continue to build on its existing expertise. In the future, we will look into a possible expansion of production capacity so that Vesticoat can continue to grow along with its clients, within the current business operations and specializations.

Nothing will change for clients, suppliers and other relations at this time.
