DVAN Advocaten guides successful acquisition: Royal Van Beest Group makes acquisition of Enduro Softslings

DVAN Advocaten has advised Royal Van Beest Group (RVBG) on the acquisition of Enduro Softslings B.V. The transaction marks a strategic step in RVBG's growth ambition.

With this transaction, Enduro Softslings, a leading manufacturer of high-performance, custom-made softslings, gains access to Royal Van Beest's scale, technological expertise and global market channels.

The Royal Van Beest Group, founded in 1922, is the leading manufacturer of high-quality components for lifting, lashing and anchoring applications. The business offers customers unparalleled service by bringing the Green Pin®, Irizar Forge, Heuer Hebetechnik and Sling Supply Intl. brands under one roof. The Royal Van Beest Group has 300 employees and offices in the Netherlands (headquarters), Germany, France, Spain, Brazil and the US. Its products are available in more than 100 countries worldwide.

Enduro Softslings has perfected its production of high-quality softslings, with minimal length tolerances (less than 10 mm) and fast delivery of custom solutions. Our expertise and flexibility enable us to meet the diverse and dynamic needs of the lifting industry, making Enduro Softslings a reliable partner for projects requiring high predictability, precision and on-time delivery. The business is based in the Netherlands and has 20 employees.

Enduro Softslings adds value to RVBG's existing product range with its customized softslings and excellent delivery times. Enduro Softslings will continue to operate as an independent entity within RVBG's group after the transaction, retaining its own management. Sytse van der Molen will remain Managing Director of Enduro Softslings. The acquisition fits well with RVBG's strategy to expand its portfolio with innovative, technologically advanced lifting products.
