KernBouw takes over contractor F. Willemse

KernBouw welcomes 37 experienced employees with the acquisition of 100-year-old Aannemersbedrijf F. Willemse to strengthen KernBouw's organization.

Among other things, the takeover means an increase in regional knowledge, more extensive services and a deepening of the focus on social real estate for KernBouw's clients.

We congratulate both KernBouw and Aannemersbedrijf F. Willemse with the acquisition, and thank Dominique Baltussen and Niels de Pender of IRIS Corporate Finance for the pleasant cooperation.
