DVAN Advocaten assists shareholder in partial sale Eden Hotel

Tom van Dijk and Jorin Hagendoorn assisted one of the shareholders in the partial sale of the Dutch family-owned Eden Hotel Group to KSL Capital Partners. KSL Capital Partners is a private equity firm specializing in travel and leisure activities.

Eden Hotel Group owns and operates 14 quality hotels with approximately 2,000 rooms, primarily in Amsterdam and other major Dutch cities. The Dijkstra family has built the business over nearly 75 years. The business includes the 400-room Eden Hotel Amsterdam and the Hard Rock Hotel Amsterdam American. The business employs more than 500 people.
