Royal Van Beest Group makes acquisition of Sling Supply International

The Royal Van Beest Group has acquired Sling Supply International S.A. of Spain. Sling Supply International focuses on design, manufacturing, testing and certification of lifting solutions for various industries. Its largest business unit is an engineering and manufacturing arm specializing in the global Wind Energy sector.

Sling Supply International has built a strong position in this industry by developing tools for lifting wind turbine components such as the nacelle (nacelle), rotor, mast and blades. The design and technology behind such tools are developed in close cooperation with leading wind turbine manufacturers. The acquisition contributes significantly to the Royal Van Beest Group's mission to be a leader in anchoring, load securing and lifting components for the onshore and offshore installation market. Sling Supply International will be an independent unit within the Royal Van Beest Group.
