Nemesys ICT Group acquires Connectic

DVAN Advocaten has assisted in the strategic sale of Connectic to Nemesys ICT Group, part of TechoneNL and portfolio company of Nedvest Capital.

Connectic is a strong regional Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Ridderkerk. With this addition, TechoneNL, which serves some 50,000 clients throughout the Netherlands with 13 locations and 650+ employees, strengthens its position within the SME sector. With the acquisition of Connectic, we are confident that TechoneNL will continue to grow.
