M2D Ontwikkeling and Focus Real Estate close club deal to acquire Ypsilonpark

In a club deal with a number of private investors, M2D Ontwikkeling and Focus Real Estate have acquired the Ypsilonpark office complex in Den Haag from one of Garbe Institutional Capital's funds.

Ypsilonpark is prominently located on Wassenaarseweg next to Arendsdorp park centrally in the Benoordenhout district of Den Haag. Ypsilonpark consists of 2 buildings. A listed office building from 1939 which is largely leased to EY and the Ypsilon building, an office building from the seventies. The national monumental office building will remain in use as offices. The monument will be made more sustainable and a new tenant will be found for the approximately 2,600 m² of available office space. A development plan is being drawn up for the Ypsilon building for its transformation into housing.
