Heleon Group has acquired a majority stake in Spin Pompen

Spin Pumps, based in Assen, is a specialist in hygienic positive displacement pumps and hygienic screw spindle pumps. Heleon Group supplies a full range of high-quality stainless steel components and process equipment for the pharmaceutical and food industries, among others

Heleon Group is acquiring a majority stake from current owners Emile Koster and Dick Kieneker, who will remain with the business as long-term shareholders. Spin Pompen will continue to operate as an independent business within Heleon Group and is expanding its market position within the group.

The acquisition is in line with Heleon Group's strategy and follows previous successful acquisitions, including Belgium's PMA and Gillain & Co, and the Dutch Holstaal (now Heleon Food). These strategic moves contribute to our growth and positioning as a leading player in the market.

The acquisition of Spin Pumps further strengthens Heleon Group's market position.
