Euro-Rijn strengthens its position in inland waterway transport and offshore logistics with a stake in YST Logistics

DVAN Advocaten has assisted the Euro-Rijn group in the acquisition of a strategic stake in YST Logistics B.V., a specialized provider of inland waterway transport and offshore logistics, based in Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht.

With this investment, Euro-Rijn Logistics strengthens its position in the inland shipping sector and expands its network and services in the Netherlands and abroad. YST Logistics' operating area includes Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, France and the Danube countries.
