Dresz International acquired by Troy Companies

DVAN Advocaten has assisted Sjors Bayens and Sabrina Bayens of Dresz International BV with the sale of their company to Troy Companies BV. Even after this acquisition, both will remain involved with the company to continue to lead Dresz' international growth ambitions and strengthen the Troy team.

Dresz International BV is a fast-growing designer, manufacturer and supplier of (private) non-food consumer goods with a strong commitment to Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles. Dresz' extensive product offering includes consumer electronics accessories, lighting, candles & fragrances and refrigeration & heating. Dresz' customers include well-known department stores, supermarkets and other retailers in the Netherlands, Germany and the rest of Europe.

The acquisition is part of Troy's overarching strategy to create a one-stop shop offering complementary product groups for major European mass and value retailers, with a focus on sustainability.
