Big Smile Invest Invest has acquired Machinefabriek G. Olthof

The Big Smile group includes AMW Marine (consultancy, sales and engineering of a wide range of propulsion systems), Belship (supplier for various nautical products) and now Olthof Scheepsservice.

Olthof Scheepsservice focuses on the maintenance, repair and supply of marine engines and the performance of related work. With its excellent facilities and its convenient location on the Hollandsche IJssel near the Brienenoord bridge and with approximately 200 meters of quay (free of harbor dues), Olthof Scheepsservice is a great addition to the Big Smile group. All the more so because Gertjan de Gelder, a familiar face within the industry, has shown his willingness to join the partnership within Olthof Scheepsservice.

Nathalie van Hellenberg Hubar and Imbert van Weverwijk assisted Big Smile Investment in the acquisition and in shaping the cooperation.
