The desire for further international growth
The business was successful and growing. The global economy was also picking up. As a result, in 2016 the desire arose to make a major growth spurt with Totech worldwide. By closing sales deals with international parties. To realize this desire, a partner was needed for both financial and commercial support.

The first step to a new dream
It was only three years ago that Jos and Patricia decided to attend a workshop by Diligence. This was the important first step where trust in a possible cooperation was established. Indeed, a possible business acquisition provided Jos and Patricia with many questions. Those questions were answered satisfactorily and uncertainties surrounding a takeover were removed. Jos and Patricia found in the dialogue with Diligence that they were ready.

An interesting takeover party quickly followed
Through Diligence they quickly came into contact with the ASYS Group from Germany, an international supplier of machines and accessories for electrical engineering. They were able to offer the desired international network of global customers and also appeared to be the right party financially.

Here, too, things moved quickly, because as early as 2017, Totech was 60% owned by the ASYS Group. This allowed Jos and Patricia, together with Totech's employees, to realize their dreams and ensure further growth.
